Sorry to be a grinch, but lulu.com only shipped out the proof copy today, which means a couple more days until we release. Hopefully by the weekend.

Check back often. COMING SOON is an understatement. Lulu may have shipped out the proof copy only yesterday, but we got it today. But proof copies are just that–copies that you proof to catch any errors inside or out. Well, we caught a few and are correcting them. We’ll resubmit the book ASAP. At that time, we’ll make it available for purchase. Don’t worry; we’re doing our best to get the Cyclops out! Something like this:
