I am loving these snippets. It gives hope that one day that first cut that was sent to New York will surface in an attic or storeroom somewhere and we can see the original cut of this. Thanks again for posting these, they are amazing. 🙂

It ain’t here yet… International Mail is taking about twice the usual amount of time at the moment for some reason  so I should be getting it around the time everyone else has finished listening to it… 🙁
I’ll just sulk in the corner until then.

Does Powys have a facebook page, that might make it easier for us to spread the word. 🙂

Me, I do, I do! I was hoping it was this book. I think it will be a real hoot to read. Although, with the christmas post it won’t hit the Australian shores until sometime in the new year… 🙁 So it won’t be a Christmas present unless it is a belated one.

Thanks again Powys, keep up the good work.

That’s only one Mateo, you said there may be two releases before Christmas, what was the other one?

As a matter of interest, will you be telling us where ‘Android Planet’ is positioned on the Powysverse timeline? Or will it be up to us to work out for ourselves? B)

Hmmm, very interesting. I kept hoping at every cut that we’d get to the end of the scene. Glad we got there at the end… Thanks for the heads up on these, it might be worth a new thread on the forum called “Deleted Scenes Audio” or something like that. 🙂

Oh Poo! Ordered too early and missed the coupon code… 🙁 Oh well, I don’t really care, nothing can dent my enthusiasm about a new 1999 release. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: That’s 3 cheers for Powys!

There was a post about this very topic somewhere but I can’t find it just about now… I seem to remeber that Powys were in talks with E C Tubb’s estate about obtaining the rights to his 1999 novels. I do hope so, I also hope that we get some neat little additions that will make us look at these stories in a brand new way. 🙂

Oh Mateo, shame on you for making me think I’m going mad… 😛

    Thanks for the clarification.

Ordered! Can’t wait for it to get here. My customers are also eagerly awaiting anything Powys has to offer in the 1999 field.

Thanks again Powys for bringing back my favourite universe. 🙂

The UK disks have a different layout ranged accross 7 disks. I’m pretty sure the extras I really want to see are all on the last 2 disks.

I have ordered mine from the UK as it is the same region as Australia. It will be here next week, problem is, I don’t have a player yet… 🙁 At least I can look at the new extras.

Excellent! If it is safely in the catacombs we haven’t any worries about youtube taking it down.
I spent a few hours the other day when I should have been working ( shhhh don’t tell anyone ) acually transcribing them for another friend who lives in France. She has a computer that is just about to die and has no sound so she wasn’t able to hear them.
That might be something that Martin Willey would be interested in putting in the catacombs. At least then the info would be available for as long as the catacombs are up and running. Just a thought. 🙂
