Steve FosterParticipant
I would say “Aye” if it wasn’t for the fact that that sort of thing doesn’t really interest me. I guess if enough people want him to, I’m sure Bill will be only too happy to sign copies for them 🙂
Steve FosterParticipantGreat reviews Zack B)
I think that, once again, the books, and the novels only serve to illiustrate one thing:
SPACE: 1999 is just brilliant! Unique and incomprehensible… until you go away, and start thinking about it, and suddenly, you begin to realise how clever the whole premise really is.
To me, the greatest sci fi series (in terms of being leaps forward in the medium concept-wise) are:
60’s: Star Trek – TOS
70’s: SPACE: 1999 and Blake’s 7
80’s: Babylon 5.ALPHA and OMEGA, to me, are stories that can stand proudly, head and shoulders with the best stories that Star Trek (in its various incarnations), B’s 7 & B5 have told.
Personally, I can’t wait for Bill’s next fictional foray into the universe of SPACE: 1999 B)
Steve FosterParticipantSad to think that the Space Shuttle, like Concorde, will soon become History.
I sometimes think Earth is a mirror of Sunim 🙁

Steve FosterParticipantI’ve used a discount code every time… and my books always arrive in a long cardboard box. No shrink wrap but in perfect, MINT condition. I have no complaints at all tbh.
Steve FosterParticipantI was hoping the Arcadian fans would be able to click on “ignif” as an option 😉
…The Forsaken…The artwork will have to be redone from scatch and the book reformatted to Lulu’s specs.
Sooooo… does this mean that Ken Scott will get a crack at doing a new cover for The Forsaken?
If so – Yay!
If not – please release The Rose Petals cover, as I haven’t got this one (my version is the Planet over Year 1 Alpha cover).Steve FosterParticipantMy copy of Resurrection has arrived today 🙂
I’m hoping the Year 2 Omnibus and Mary’s Monster will speed through customs and head across to the UK shortly B)
Steve FosterParticipantMateo is doing us all proud as usual.
We love you Mateo! Keep going! :cheer: 😉
Sorry about the missing the picture. Somehow, the computer would not paste it on the message, after it was posted.Oh, well…
Might be because the size of the pic is too big… (the first pic I tried to post was rejected by the site for that reason).
Would’ve been nice to see the pic in question though 🙂
No, it is my son, Vicente. That photo of us was taken in September of 2010 during a visit I made.
Looks like I goofed again… 🙁 sorry Mr L. So, a much happier story behind this pic then (he says, trying to dig himself out of a great, BIG lunar crater!)
Here’s my pic you can all see what I look like now. 🙂
Hey Hey! It’s… Zackerooney! Haha! 😉 How cool is that? Well done Zack. I’m definately not alone on this thread anymore… :S
and as for Mateo’s pic of him and his son… I dare to ask, but is this Luis Ernesto? (as mentioned in the moving Forward to CTC). If so… I am touched by your bravery in posting a pic of the two of you together (whilst he was still with you) on the Forum. Thank you so much for sharing that with us. It adds even greater depth to the story behind the Forward imho

How easy was that? Payment sent via PayPal. Job done! :cheer:
Thanks Mateo
