Thank you for the compliment and for your support! We’ll be posting information about future releases next month. Can’t say anything just yet. We’ve still got to get the audiobook of Resurrection out. Once that is done, we can start working on the next slate of books.

Mateo LatosaKeymasterWe don’t know anything about Shane Rimmer scripts. The person to ask would be Martin over at the Catacombs–if anyone knows, he does.
As for the German original novels, I can definitively say that Powys is not planning on republishing them. I would venture to say that they are probably now incompatible with the continuity we’ve establish with Born for Adversity and, now, with the publication of Omega.
We still have the Resurrection audio book to get out next month (March). Once we do that, we’ll post about upcoming Powys plans. It’s been a hectic few months to say the least. Three books in five weeks!
Mateo LatosaKeymasterThanks to everyone for ordering books and for spreading the word! You’re the best!
Mateo LatosaKeymasterOmega is our third release is just over a month. If anyone is posting on other Space: 1999-related boards or groups, SPREAD THE WORD. Be our Alpha News Service! Your enthusiasm is worth more than any advertisement.
Thanks in advance!

Mateo LatosaKeymasterWe’re still a few months away from putting Year One up for pre-order. We will let everyone know in advance when the book will go up for pre-order. Don’t worry.
Everyone that wanted a copy of Year Two got a copy of Year Two. I know, because I still have 51 copies left! Granted, these copies are not signed or numbered, but in all other respects they are exactly the same.
If anyone wants a copy of Year TWO, just email us for instructions.
The dust jacket was a last minute addition because I was not happy with the quality of the embossing on some books.

Mateo LatosaKeymasterPlease remember to add the word SPOILERS and a good length of spoiler space when discussing the novels if your posts reveal plot points.
THANKS!
Mateo LatosaKeymasterNot a problem. It helps us when people let us know if there’s a problem with the site, etc. We try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 🙂
Mateo LatosaKeymasterThe reason no one can complete the ordering process is because the audiobook is still unreleased. We just set up the initial stages of the store for that item because we are close to releasing it. Sorry for the confusion.
If you look at the audiobook’s page, next to the title is the word “unpublished”. We hoped that would let people know the item was still not published yet. Again, sorry for the confusion.
As soon as the audiobook is ready for purchase, we will post on the forum and the major groups, such as Online Alpha and GayBaseAlpha, etc., letting everyone know.
Feel free to contact us at any time at: powysmedia then @ then prodigy then .net.
Also, on the SURVIVAL and RESURRECTION audiobook pages, there is a link that says “Ask a question about this item”. When you click it, it formats an email to the address given above, which goes directly to Powys. As well, we read the forum daily and try to respond to all inquiries. Of course, the forum is intended as a discussion board. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us directly.
Mateo LatosaKeymasterIt really is just as simple as emailing us. We can be reached at powysmedia followed by @ followed then by prodigy.net. Please remember to tell us which book(s) you want and what country you live in. And as we said, Paypal only please. Thanks!
Mateo LatosaKeymasterFYI. There is a strange glitch that occurs–sometimes–when you click on the Resurrection Audiobook page. Sometimes it will take you instead to the Survival page–however, if you click on the Resurrection Audiobook link a second time, it will correct itself and take you to the Resurrection Audiobook page. We don’t know why.
Mateo LatosaKeymasterI just received the books from our licensing agent last week. I need to take some digital pictures. I’ll try to do that this weekend. Once I have them done, I’ll start putting them on eBay. All our original titles will be available. So, in case you were considering spending $1000.38 on Amazon for The Forsaken–I still can’t figure out why the seller wanted those .38 cents!–you be able to get them MUCH CHEAPER from us! 😛

Also, the Year 2 Omnibus adds even more to Koenig’s experiences under the influence of the lambda waves. It’s in a kind of epilogue to the Lambda Factor chapter called “Lambda Variance”, but if I say more I’ll spoil one of the most touching moments in that book for readers who haven’t yet purchased it.

Thank you very much! I added it to Year Two because I felt that when you consider the events of Survival, it is only logical that Koenig would conjure up the “ghost” of Victor Bergman, as he did with Sam and Tessa. However, Victor would not be there to haunt him, but rather to comfort him and take some of the guilt off his shoulders.
As I originally wrote it, there was very little dialogue. Koenig, exhausted after so many sleepless nights, finally gets a moment’s rest in the ruins of his old office only to wake up and see Victor seated at the conference table (in a spacesuit). He is so overcome with emotion, with grief and guilt, that all he can say is, “Victor, I…” To which the ghost of Victor simple says, gently, as if consoling a child, “I know, John. I know…”
Powys author, William Latham felt that it should be more explicit and added the lovely conversation between Koenig and Bergman. I accepted his amendments and published it as an addendum to The Lambda Factor. I felt that as Koenig had long believed he gave the order that resulted in Bergman’s death, so much so that for a long time he couldn’t even bring himself to say Victor’s name or discuss what happened, that Koenig would logically manifest Victor.
Glad you liked it!

Mateo LatosaKeymasterI just got my copies of Shepherd Moon and Born for Adversity yesterday. I am biased, but they look great. I put them on a shelf with my Year One and Year Two novelizations. Fun. I was surprised at the thickness of BfA, having only read it on computer screen or coil bound editing copy.
David and everyone at Powys look forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts on the novel. Please follow the rules on SPOILERS but don’t be afraid to post. Love Catherine Schell’s foreword too!

Mateo LatosaKeymasterWe’re still working on the website–although it takes a back seat to getting the books out. Today, with a lot of help from Martin (THANKS!) I put up a picture grid with all of Powys Media’s Space: 1999 and Prisoner novels including the forthcoming Omega. Sorta brightens up the place! 😉
Mateo LatosaKeymasterIn the Year Two omnibus, Koenig does in fact make use of Brian and the Swift. This is because I had the very same thoughts! Letting Brian just leave with the swift seemed foolish.
Another plot point in Y2 that always bothered me is that, for example, in The Mark of Archanon, the Alphans don’t even ask the Archanons for a ride home! We addressed that one too, btw!
