Special credit for anybody who attempts to identify the sources of the poll answers (with the exceptions of Yes, Gee I’m Not Sure, and No)…

Sorry to be a grinch, but lulu.com only shipped out the proof copy today, which means a couple more days until we release. Hopefully by the weekend.

E.C. Tubb signed the autograph page and provided his materials several years ago — no problems there.

Just as described — if you enter Space 1999 as a search term, in the books area, the search results are ranked — meaning Amazon has internal mechanisms that will govern how close to the top of the returned list a book title will appear based on reviews, sales, etc. So just to be clear, a month ago, if you searched for Space:1999 in books, Born for Adversity was around 33 (you’d have to scroll passed 32 other book titles before you saw it). Now, with the reviews, it’s showing up as the third book.

Just search for “Space: 1999” in books.

Thanks, folks — as a result of the reviews you’ve added, Born for Adversity has jumped to #4 on Amazon’s list of Space:1999 books.

See the “Welcome to the Powys Media Forum” thread from back in January — this question’s been answered a couple times already.

Sorry, the nomination period is over — but there’s always next time. We left the nomination period open for quite awhile (and it had to stop at some point!).

Lulu versions of the out of print books are still coming, not to worry. They will not, however, be first printings, like the ones on eBay — these will be second printings.

The Year One Omnibus is very likely NOT going to be ready for June — I would think July at the very earliest for pre-orders. Still, we’ll be giving plenty of notice for people to start keeping their eyes peeled.

That’s actually an email address — spelling it out that way prevents spambots from being able to find the address and then inundate your email box with Viagra ads.

When you put the pieces together, you’ll get something like:

    dontsendmespam@prodigy.net

Substitute what’s on the orderpage for the “dontsendmespam” portion of the sample above.
