    I got the proof copy from Lulu yesterday. There is a slight problem with a barcode being pasted over text (we’ll have the text realigned). And the already mentioned “logo problem”. There was some confusion as to which logo we should start using. Once the layout is re-jiggered, we’ll make it available.

    The first edition version of the Resurrection audiobook is still available. It differs only in that it has a four-panel insert rather than the second edition’s two-panel iinsert (which now lacks the Barry Gray bio and the author’s note).
