We’re still waiting for final approval on the January releases (hopefully soon!) and as soon as the books are ready, you’ll be the first to know.
In preparation for that event, we’re going to ask the following of members:
1. As you read the new books, feel free to post about them, but if you’re giving anything away about the books, any particular details, ALWAYS preface your remarks with SPOILERS at the beginning and leave blank space before you start your typing!
2. Sections have been set up for each of the upcoming books (as well as the older ones), so your best bet is to post inside those sections.
3. Powys Media reserves the right to remove offensive posts. If you can’t interact pleasantly, you will be moderated!
4. There are a lot of surprises coming in these new books. Please don’t share the surprises without the spoiler alerts!

The approval for Shepherd Moon came in on Thursday! We’ll let you know when the book is available for purchase. The inserts for the audio book is being made printer-ready and should be done in the next few days.

What is the latest information concerning the release of Born For Adversity?
Are the book cover prices the same as they were in the past?
The prices of our books will remain the same. The 4 x 7 paperbacks, like Born for Adversity, will still be $15, the trade size paperbacks (6 x 9) like Eternity Unbound will remain $20, Year One will be $100. The only new kind of release will be the Resurrection audiobook, which will be $30.
Born for Adversity is being reviewed for approval at this moment. We’ll let you know when it is and when it will be available for purchase.
The next novel up for approval will be Omega. And we are working on preparing Year One at this time.
Hope this information answered your questions. We’re all anxious to see these books in release!

At one point there was a planned “Space:1999 Companion” by Martin Willey. Is that still in the hopper somewhere? Or did that get cancelled?

Great news about Shepherd Moon. Might be a good idea to do more anthologies, because they’re a way of getting a lot of authors involved and telling different kinds of stories, both useful when there aren’t many new books being published.
Looking forward to good news about Born for Adversity.

Think I’ll spend the weekend re-reading earlier books in preperation for new ones…..
