It’s not so much it took you back to the Android Planet page as that when you visited the Android Planet page, it added the book to your cart automatically, so that when you hit the PoM button, it showed AP as already in your cart.

Or at least that’s what I think is happening.

Yep. I tried same thing and got the same resuults Mateo. I got AP on my cart doing the same thing. Doing a search for Phoenix book on Lulu.com results in 0 matches.

The way I did it, and sorry for the difficulty, is I went to http://www.lulu.com, signed in, then opened up another window in the same brower onto http://www.powysmedia.com, went to the PoM button to order and it worked.

Believe me, we’re frustrated by this problem too. There’s nothing we’d like better than to make it as easy as possible for everyone to order the book.

I just tried it again (all in IE) and again it worked fine. I didn’t clear the cache or cookies or anything else.

Well again, purely in the spirit of experimentation, I still haven’t been able to get it to work in Firefox or IE, no matter what method I tried.

Lulu need to sort out the problem of books not being visible when you do searches for them too.

All this web-trickery is tiring stuff. I’m retiring to bed to recuperate 😀

    – Simon
same here – for experimentation I’ve tried this again on both Mac and PC, in Safari, FF and IE. No joy anywhere.

and I believe Mateo has blocked the searches on Lulu, that’s not a Lulu problem.

Sorry for the frustration. Thanks for trying. We’ll continue to try to fix the problem.

Yeah, just for your information. No matter what I try I can’t order from Lulu. 🙁

I may order a number of copies and just sell them directly via Paypal (not even using a button, just a direct sale).

Seems a lot of trouble to go to, Mateo. Surely this can’t be a big problem to fix – isn’t it worth seeing if they do?

This way of ordering seems like a backward step to me….Lulu normally do an excellent job.

So far I have tried Google Chrome, Firefox, Windows Explorer at home and an older version of Windows Explorer here at work. None of those are working they all take me to Lulu but tell me that my cart is empty.
I have customers waiting for books guys… So far I only have 1 copy for myself that I got from the Convention hoard. I still need 5 more copies. 🙁

I’m sure you’ll get it fixed soon, I hope you will…

Any word on a fix for the order button? It would be nice to have some new books for Christmas…

We’ve determined the problem is with the button Lulu provided us. We’ve asked for support (but) haven’t gotten a solution yet.
