So, my brain hurts now, but we have a working site again with most of the standard bells and whistles in place. There is a LOT more security at work on the site now so if you find you’re having trouble with anything, please post something up on the forum about it.

Still investigating chatting options — don’t know if we’re going to have that or not.

This forum is a little snazzier now (as is the look and feel of the site itself). We’ll probably be tweaking that over the next several weeks.

If you find any links not working, please let us know. The Lulu links should all be working fine now.

Thanks for your patience everyone. I can’t say I’ve had much time to write over the past few weeks, with what having to keep the site up long enough to get things ported over to this new one. But thanks as always to the illustrious Phil Merkel and the Uncanny Ken Scott (Unkenny?) for their help.

Thanks for the updates and for all your hard work rebuilding the site Bill. Great to see it up and running again (I rather like the new look to be honest).

Looking forward to future SPACE: 1999 releases as always 🙂

I know these things will get worked out eventually, but the text is too dark and too small. I had to highlight what you wrote just to read it.

If it’s doable, how about making the place look more Alphan?

Tex
(REALLY glad the joint’s up and running again)

Nice to see the site back up; last time I checked it was still down & I was paranoid about coming back.

So… What’s the deal with the heterocyclic compounds on the top banner?

I’ve been really busy at work of late, so this is my first look at the new site. Very nice job, Bill, and to everyone else involved. Thanks!. I was seriously missing visiting the prior site. Hopefully, we’ll get a little more activity on the discussion boards. (And maybe — hopefully — a new book or two to discuss? Hint, hint…)

Anyway, best wishes to all of my Powys Space friends for a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and joyous holiday season.

will the ability to modify our Profiles be enabled at some point?
I like having a Profile picture – but also, I need to edit the Link to my Mondstation1999 page, as Martin modified everyone’s address after he re-hosted The Catacombs site.
