Have to say I really enjoyed it. Was worried I would be bored at the first third (Balor’s origin) but I think I might have enjoyed that section the most. Overall really well done. Felt it captured the characters well … I think we all do the “voice in our head” when characters we “know” talk in books to see how authentic the dialogue is and, except for a few instances, I think Latham nailed it. Now I have “shepards moon” and “born for adversity” to read … think I will start with “born” as I want to try a “Year 3” book. Kudos to all involved

Glad you enjoyed it. I actually hear this pretty frequently, that people think they’ll have to suffer through “Eternity Unleashed” and then end up enjoying it more than “Resurrection” even though the folks on Alpha don’t appear.
