(bUt i DiGs wHEre yER ComMIn’ fRoM, BrO!)January 17, 2011 at 9:29 pm #1687JohnParticipantIn regards to the impending Android Planet novel release…
I’m reminded of a sequence from the Simpsons TV show…
You know the one with Bart and Lisa riding in the back seat of the family car. The family is going on vacation…
(with a nagging tone – Bart and Lisa in unison)
“Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?…”

January 17, 2011 at 10:01 pm #1688Mateo LatosaKeymasterBook edited and approved.
Cover done and approved1. The book is being formatted to Lulu’s specs.
2. Once submitted, an ISBN number and barcode will be issued. These will be incorporated into and onto the book.
3. Then it will be re-submitted, and a proof copy will be sent to us. We’ll check to see, all the chapters start on the right pages, etc.
4. If so, we log on, and choose “publish”.
5. Then we build a page for the book on the site.
6. Finally, we post a button on that page, and a message on the forum. These are the final six steps. We’re on #1.
Remember, we said January. We’ll make it. :cheer:
January 18, 2011 at 1:10 am #1689Glenn McCrabbParticipantForget all that stuff, just start at item four and we can all have a new book for the weekend. 😉
Then I could do my happy dance. Right now though, I’m doing my angry dance…

January 19, 2011 at 4:21 pm #1692Steve FosterParticipantPatience dear Zackary… patience! 😉
Must admit… I’m eager to return once again to Moonbase Alpha (in literary form at least!) and read something new about the lives/past hiostories of our favourite characters.
What number have you reached today Mateo..? & with the cover having been approved, is there any chance of seeing it? I don’t do Facebook… that being the case, it’d be nice to be able to at least see the cover… it can only add to the sense of anticipation tbh B)
January 19, 2011 at 11:36 pm #1693Mateo LatosaKeymasterYou rubbed the lamp (or the Powys mug, perhaps), and you got your wish. 😉
