    I was watching some Year 2 episodes last night, and noticed the badges with the acronym “LSRO.” Was that acronym ever defined for the Space: 1999 universe?

    I’m not sure which is correct:

    Lunar Science Research Organization
    Lunar Space Research Organization

    I don’t think it was ever brought out in the series, but I may have seen it in Starlog’s Space:1999 technical manual. It would probably be somewhere on the Catacombs website.

    Interestingly, in real life, there is the Life Sciences Research Organization (LSRO.org).
