It’s a little confusing, but I hope this helps make it clear.
EBAY:
Resurrection and The Forsaken are currently out of print, but very soon we will be offering Licensing Agency copies for sale on eBay (as well as copies of Survival, Eternity Unbound and Year Two and BOTH the Prisoner novels). Each of these comes with a certificate of authenticity from the agency and are signed by our agent, Jerry Houle of Bliss House and myself. Copies are extremely limited! All books are first editions. Look for these sometime next week.POWYS MEDIA SITE STORE
Survival is NOW available through Powys Media’s new store, right here on the site, just go to the left menu and click on Space: 1999 books and then on Survival–this sale will be handled by Powys, not Lulu.com. At present, this is the first of the older books available through the store. We’re still working to make all our existing stock available, but with so many new releases…well, we’ve been busy. 🙂 When the Resurrection Audiobook is released, it will be available only via the Powys Media website store.AMAZON
The Prisoner’s Dilemma, Survival and Eternity Unbound are available on Amazon.com, though Eternity Unbound is now out of print, so get them while Amazon still has stock left.POWYS DIRECT PURCHASE (VIA EMAIL)
Year Two is still available via Powys, just email us for prices and shipping cost (varies by country). This method allows for payment via Paypal ONLY.LULU.com
All our new and forthcoming novels: Shepherd Moon, Born for Adversity, etc. will ONLY be available via Lulu.com (there will be a link on the page of each book).Basically ALL of Powys Media’s novels are available in one way or another: eBay, Amazon, Powys Media website store, Lulu.com, or via direct purchase by email. Many titles are in VERY LIMITED quantities.

February 4, 2010 at 9:54 am #278Mateo LatosaKeymasterWhen Powys publishes a book, a certain number of copies go to ITV and to Licensing Agent. They are the first books that leave the Powys hub. 🙂 The equivalent would be to have copies of the 1970s books directly from the shelves of Pocket Books (they did their own licensing).
Bliss House, and its CEO, Jerry Houle, have been our silent partners in this in a sense. You don’t hear about them, but you’ll see their name in and on EVERY BOOK we’ve ever printed.
What is important is that books that were previously out of print now suddenly have copies for sale…well, auction (and buy-it-now) for those who might still want to purchase them. I need to take some digital pics before I put them up on eBay.
Copies of Resurrection are on sale on Amazon for nearly $100 EACH! Here is a chance to pick up the books if you missed them. More info to come!
February 19, 2010 at 5:37 pm #390Scott LindvallParticipantHi, you mentioned a couple of weeks ago that some of the earlier Powys books would be going up for sale on eBay. I know you’re busy getting out new books, but do you have any idea when those titles might go up on eBay? Thanks.
February 19, 2010 at 9:21 pm #392Mateo LatosaKeymasterI just received the books from our licensing agent last week. I need to take some digital pictures. I’ll try to do that this weekend. Once I have them done, I’ll start putting them on eBay. All our original titles will be available. So, in case you were considering spending $1000.38 on Amazon for The Forsaken–I still can’t figure out why the seller wanted those .38 cents!–you be able to get them MUCH CHEAPER from us! 😛

Year Two is still available via Powys, just email us for prices and shipping cost (varies by country). This method allows for payment via Paypal ONLY. This is the only book I am missing…I have looked repeatedly for it on ebay…amazon…small online secondhand books shops etc etc…If I go to it’s page on Powys there is no link to allow me to buy it. Are you saying that you have it available for purchase? If so please let me know how I can get a copy from you 🙂
February 20, 2010 at 7:14 pm #397Mateo LatosaKeymasterIt really is just as simple as emailing us. We can be reached at powysmedia followed by @ followed then by prodigy.net. Please remember to tell us which book(s) you want and what country you live in. And as we said, Paypal only please. Thanks!
