I’ve heard nothing regarding the following for some time now:
1. A Cry In The Wilderness by Shane Johnson
Is this post-Arkadia/pre-Forsaken novellette going to find its way into the Prodigal Moon anthology I wonder..?
2.Syukhtun by Vicente Gallegos-Aguazul (featuring the Alternate Alphans from “Another Time, Another Place”).
As some of this material has, aparently, been seen seen in OMEGA & ALPHA… (according to Martin Wiley’s Catacombs Website):
http://www.space1999.net/catacombs/main/merc/vmnpowys.html
…can we assume that this novel been abandoned/shelved or is it just on the back burner and being planned for release in 2012?
3. Odysseus Wept by John Kenneth Muir (set in Year 3)
Also, considering the excitement surrounding the forthcoming re-releases of Rankine’s 2 original Year 1 novels (Android Planet and Phoenix of Megaron) can you give us any tiime scales for the planned re-releases of E C Tubb’s 2 original Year 1 novels (Alien Seed and Rogue Planet – January and February 2012 perhaps..?).
Any “beans” you feel you can “spill” would be greatly appreciated Mateo  😉

Android Planet, Phoenix of Megaron and the re-release of Resuurection are the priority at the mo… but I’m desperately curious about these books…
Isn’t anybody else? Or am I alone on this thread?
😛 😉
February 1, 2011 at 12:38 pm #1855Glenn McCrabbParticipantYou aren’t alone Steve, we’re all waiting for more info on these books. I for one want them now, I’m sure Mateo is reading this and will get right on the case… You hear that Mateo? Your mission, should you choose to accept it…. 😛
I guess we’ll all just have to be patient. Awww forget it let’s get mad!

February 2, 2011 at 1:17 am #1858Mateo LatosaKeymasterSyukhtun is cycle of short stories about the alternate Alphans before Omega. The existence of Carter and Regina’s daughter came out of that. It doesn’t negate the book.
Odysseus Wept is still coming out. A Cry in the Wilderness is a novella. To be honest, we’ve just been too busy to do much work on these yet.
